i had a horrible time at sephora. the workers were not polite at all, and all i asked for was a sample. i had two workers tell me and my friends where the line was even though we were just looking at the things they had. worst experience ever. i don’t think i will be coming back any time soon. #ultaisbetter
I just started going there for some months now, and in every visit, regardless of me buying something or not, I haven't had any issues with asking for and getting samples of whatever I wanted to try. Every single time they've been super helpful, so I'm not sure where all the negative comments come from.

Management needs to do a better job at making sure customers are being helped properly & treated w respect!
I also noticed that makeup didn't seem to be one of the employee's forte, just by looking at her face
I've been in twice this month & unfortunately both times had workers who didn't seem to want to help at all. Apparently asking for advice on eyebrow pencils & pomades was too much trouble for them.
