It is a high intensity, short timed, coach led workouts. The trainer's there seem to be very dedicated to what they do, and their dedication is on a personal one on one, or for the whole group. Whatever the sitiation calls for, they adjust whatever is needed to meet each individual where they are, and bring you up to speed with the group workout's. Had to come down to Lincoln from Omaha today, 1/11/2017. the 5:30 class was still going, and people were already being very friendly! Very outgoing groups between 5:30 class and 6:30 class I felt welcome and I really appreciated it!!! Hugh was coaching and he definitely made it worth while! Thanks guys - Alex
