Very rude staff and doctors. I'd give it zero stars if I could.. When I first went there after my previous doctor had changed locations, it was after a recent car accident. The nurse told us that our doctor (can't remember name.. has blonde hair) said that we were only after money and that I didn't really need medical help. Then another time recently when I went in there to talk to them about a prescription, I could hear my doctor talking to other nurses about me. I haven't gone back since and would rather go to Lincare than these horrible doctors. My friend also had a horrible experience with the receptionist. She called her about a remaining balance that she has and the lady told her that she is tired of doing too much work for $20 and to pay it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Unless you want to be gossiped about by the people you think you can trust, I wouldn't go there.
A compassionate team. I was in the most pain I've ever experienced in my life and they were nothing but concerned with my well being. I was impressed from the moment I called for an appointment to the moment I left. I'm extremely thankful for my care.
I have been going there for years. One of the few doctors that listen to me. I know my body I know when my medical challenges flare up. The nursing staff specially Carolyn who absolutely amazing. I couldnt imagine having someone else help me deal with pain and infertility.
