I’ve since had a few appointments here and haven’t had any issues with scheduling or the staff so I am changing my review to three stars. Other than the first impression I’ve had a good experience here so far.

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. The receptionist's behavior and attitude makes you hesitate to deal with anyone else in the clinic. My four year old has better communication skills. Basic customer service training is needed.
I've taken my daughter there several times and have never had an issue, not sure what all the downvotes are for, but I want to show that I appreciate what they do
Therapist and medication providers know what they are doing and are very helpful. Receptionist were very helpful, friendly and considerate.
My experiences were also of poor quality care. I thought it was just me.
