Service was ok, long wait but that was to be expected. Insurance nightmare. They assumed i was medicaid and were a bit rude about it. Doctors did a fine job, results were wishy-washy on the diagnoses. Bill didn't get sent to insurance correctly and they can't answer anything about the bill. My insurance is going to clean up their mess.
2+ hour wait when they told me it would be one hour. No time management skills and everybody here couldn’t seem to care less. Never coming back, I highly advise against making the same mistake as me
Staff is very nice & respectful. It's my go to place when my Dr's office is closed. Highly recommend them!!!
Had a sinus infection killing me today and they took good care of me. This place has been a life saver for me and my family. The lady that greeted me today was especially empathetic and kind.
I'm not the type of person to write reviews and I know my experiences don't represent the whole, but I am truly shocked to see that this clinic has such low reviews. I've been here several times over the past year for different reasons and every time I am treated kindly and made to feel at home. The nurses are always very friendly and personable. I never feel rushed and the staff never seems to be stressed. It may just be luck, but the wait times are very short and I've never been here for over an hour. I wish I could also remember the doctor's name because he was incredibly caring and patient as well, and I'd like to give him a personal shoutout! Thank you all so much for doing a great job—keep it up!
