Why do they feel the need to post such an angry sign? Why are the Nurses and Staff so purposely confrontational and RUDE??
The utter Ice Cold Attitude and Escalation of anger from these health workers is highly troubling.
It is a VERY bad sign when the first thing you see as you enter their building is a notice about assaulting a health worker being a Felony. They plan on being assaulted. They provoke people on purpose!!
For anyone who suffers from a Mental Illness and knows what hell it is when people manipulate you, purposely trigger you, and DENY you of your Hippaa Rights; I caution you, this is a horrible place to set foot in.
Would have given 5 star but very difficult to get staff to return calls.....
I think it's extremely important for a place that is trying to help low income people who are suffering from mental health issues to be extra sensitive and also to help those people feel as hopeful as they can about being able to find the access and help they need because a lot of people with mental health issues are desperate and it's an extremely hard thing to even decide to get help and one bad interaction can make a person decide to stop even trying to get help.
I now know that it wasn't the case that I just didn't want to be happy. I got really desperate again and my mental health was worse than it had ever been about 6 months after being told I shouldn't see my therapist anymore and started seeing a new therapist at a different place. With this therapist I've seen much improvement in my mental health and a lot of understanding of who I am and helpful suggestions that work for me, no guilt or shame. I actually want to go to therapy every week now, I never want to cancel, which is a huge and significant difference for me.
They have no oversight.
The very first time I ever saw someone for a Medical condition there, the Nurse was super RUDE to me, I simply asked her, "could you please be a little nicer to me because I have Anxiety," she left the room refused to speak to me and sent in a Counselor-Social Worker, who I DID NOT come there to see. That was her idea of a response to my request that she treat me with respect and dignity.
No regulation and are mistreating human beings on a constant daily basis.
The front desk staff tend to be very unhelpful and cold. I have gone in to ask at health 360 about med management, after my therapist had suggested it and was just told that they aren't taking anyone right now, but was given no other information, no other services I could try and just left feeling very helpless.
I've also just had the front desk staff direct me to the pharmacy, the pharmacy direct me back to them....etc. until I just left because no one was able to answer my question or help me to find the answer. There is just a general lack of empathy/tact/helpfulness with the front desk staff and I feel like it's highly important at a place like this where one interaction could actually change the course of someone deciding to get help for their mental health or not.
I go there wonderful caring dr.s counselors there.
This is NOT Acceptable and my Right to Privacy as a Patient and Freedom as a United States American were VIOLATED.

I also was there once to pick up a friend when I saw a front desk staff call the police on a woman who was clearly just distraught and upset at the lack of help or understanding she was receiving and in my opinion was clearly not going to hurt anyone there or herself. The police came and talked to the front desk staff. Just the fact that a front desk staff would decide to call the police when no one was directly threatening anyone is awful to me, police are triggering for a lot of people and especially for low income people and for people of color, they unfortunately do not make most of the population that health 360 and lutheran family services is providing service to feel safe and actually do the opposite.
Why do they purposely cause their Patients Undue Stress and Suffering?
I will never go back there. These are terrible people.
A Government Agency needs to look into their mistreatment and abuse to patients with Mental Illness. I merely wanted to ask about my Ultrasound results and NO Dr. Or Nurse would talk to me, they once again without MY Consent, had a Therapist call me and her first words ever speaking to me were,
love my doctor!!!!
These people have prank called me repeatedly calling me back at Friday 4:59p.m. then refusing to take the call, again at 11:58a.m., then leaving for lunch and NEVER calling me back.
The Medical Dr's try to drum up business for the Counselors and they try to make you see and talk to their Counselors if you as a Medical Patient have ANY issues with being mistreated by Medical Staff who refuse to do their jobs. That is AWFUL! Every SINGLE Question they ask you in the Dr. Exam is actually a Mental Health Exam. Even if your not even there for that.
I would first like to say that I appreciate the services this place provides to the community and believe there are quite a few staff who are doing good and hard work. I have however, had a lot of very bad and triggering experiences here. The front desk staff are clearly not trained to work with or talk to people who are suffering from mental health issues.
Lastly, I saw a therapist there for about 6 months. While I do not believe all the therapists there are unhelpful, mine was detrimental to my mental health. After a while of going to therapy and not working as hard as she wanted me to at the things we were talking about in sessions (I was severely depressed) she told me that it seemed as though I just didn't want to be happy, and that I should stop being in therapy until I was "ready to be happy." I had also told her I started not coming to therapy, or calling to cancel because she made me feel so guilty for not doing the work she was asking of me. Her response was to tell me that "if that's not even making you want to do the work then I don't know what else to do for you, I'm at a loss"....this was extremely discouraging for me. I did want to be happy, I didn't need to be guilted and feel like I was lazy because I ALREADY felt all those things about myself. It made me feel like I had failed therapy, and that I couldn't even do that right. She also occasionally suggested religious remedies/said things about god, after knowing that I did not have any religious beliefs.
They are MEAN and short on the phone, NEVER pick up, refusing to give ANY details of an Ultrasound only scheduling me on Valentine's Day for a CT Scan with Colace, and getting ANGRY with me when I said I'm a severe Asthmatic and have Allergies to the Colace.
