Never have I received worse service than at this Sprint location. I had heard horrible stories of people who have had bad experience at this location and I should have listened. It is more than worth the time and energy to drive across town to avoid the rude, condescending employees of the O Street Sprint location.

I have never experienced such bad costumer service as I did at this sprint location.. I wanted to upgrade my phone and daughters phone, the guy waiting on us tore the screen protectors (tempered glass and not cheap) off both of our phones, and proceeds to tell us that they were terrible (they came from them) and cheap and our cases (also from them) do a terrible job of protecting our phones.. he then tosses my phone back to me and says they won't take it because it has a scratch, he gave me no other options just basically told us we were screwed and if I didn't like it Verizon was right down the street.. I bet sprint would care a lot to know that their customers who have been with them for 13 years, and have 5 phones on the plan were told to go to Verizon.. unfortunately I did not get his name.. and I still have my old phone..

Employees seem knowledgeable and are very friendly. Management seems to dismissive of customers issues. This location has all of the bells and whistles including the kiosk where you can pay your bill. Overall the store is well kept and the staff seems to be well trained.

I went to this Sprint store with a simple question after being sent there by an employee at the Pine Lake location. The Pine Lake location, while incredibly helpful and friendly, did not have the equipment needed, but assured me that the O St. location would be able to help. When I got to the door, a women "greeted" (I say that loosely because she approached in the most unwelcoming way) to put my name on a list. I let her know that I just needed a SIM card, after activating a phone the previous day. This was not an unreasonable request as the Sprint employees at two locations had previously told me that it could be accommodated. She immediately responded, "we don't have any here". When questioned further for clarification, she become rude and very short with me. She used condescending language, including "that is too old" and "Sprint doesn't even do that anymore". When I informed her that both Sprint representatives that I had talked to the previous evening said otherwise, she responded, "then I guess they do". I also asked if I would be charged for the service from the activated phone when it wasn't working without the SIM card and she said, "yes" without explanation. Although the phone wasn't functioning (as noted by myself and the Sprint employee at the previous store), she said, "you can talk and text just fine". This was not an accurate statement. When she finally said, "then just call the 1-800 number" (implying that I should leave the store, although I was calm as can be), I decided it was best to leave. This woman was not an individual who displayed any form of customer service. When I shared my experience with another Sprint customer, they were able to describe her to a T and stated, "she's mean" and "she's just a b****". Given that she was the first and only individual that I talked to at the store, this is not the impression Sprint should want to be leaving with their customers.

While I'm happy that I didn't have to have an interaction with him, I've also been informed that Gregg (another O Street employee) has been repeatedly rude to customers. An individual told me that Gregg was nearly the cause of him leaving Sprint as a customer after nine years. While the individual didn't leave Sprint, he now drives an additional 15-20 minutes to avoid having any interactions at this Sprint location or with Gregg. This is not a reflection on Sprint, but rather a poor reflection on a single location that doesn't prioritize customer service. I would be ashamed if I was the manager of this location because these employees are a disgrace.

Spint has the worst customer service. The last two years have been a nightmare. This time They took my info for a damaged phone & told me they would fax it & I would have a phone by today. Here I am 4 days later with no phone. & come to find out from Asurion the sprint guy never faxed my affidavit to get my phone repaired. They are horrible all around. Don’t ever go to sprint! Always something with them.

Service was very helpful. The challenge was that most everything that a previous very helpful service rep told me was incorrect. I hope this one got it right.
