The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend them, ive been to other gamestops and this one is the best. 11/10 would gamestop again.
Would be willing to rate higher, but seeing as I have been denied service before, Its going to take a while.
I was refused service because my younger brother happened to be present. The guy at the counter claimed that "he knew I was buying it for him" and that at such "he could get fired for selling to me". This was not the case, as I was purchasing it for my Xbox, and not his.

I don’t think I’ve ever really been this disappointed by a business before. I really wanted to have a Wii night for New Years this weekend. It was a last-minute plan, so I wasn’t sure I would be successful, but I scoured the internet anyway to see if I could find one nearby. After a lot of searching, I found some in Omaha and one at a location in Lincoln. Turns out I should have drove to Omaha instead. I picked out a couple of items for in-store pick-up so they were reserved for me. I was going to be there at the end of the afternoon anyway (at 4pm) so I wasn’t worried about it. I received confirmation emails that all items were in the store and ready to be picked up. The email was to be shown to the employee at the store at pick up. When I got there, there were papers and items everywhere behind the desk. It was terribly unorganized and the man helping me had a little trouble finding the papers for my items because there were similar looking papers everywhere. He went to check on what I reserved and I looked around the store for a minute for some more games. Eventually he found me to tell me that he missed communicating to his associate that I had reserved these items. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be entered in a different system or if the papers were to be given to the person, but either way it didn’t happen, and the Wii was sold to someone else the same day after I chose the items for in store pick-up. I’m not sure if this place is just terribly unorganized or what, but definitely make sure you call at least a couple times if you are holding anything for pick up. I made the mistake of getting so excited and building this up in my head that I didn’t stop to think it wouldn’t be there and I was extremely disappointed when it wasn’t. I wasted my time on the internet while also making the drive across when I shouldn’t have relied on other people or GameStop holding systems to have everything sorted out. Next time I will lower my expectations, call AT LEAST twice, or just not shop here.
Put us in the back of the line on Black Friday after we waited in line just because they thought us trading in our games would take a while when I took less time than the people behind us
