Great working with this repair shop. The location, turnaround time, and customer service are superior to the apple store in Omaha. Alex did a great job on my repair, notified me of additional repairs that were covered under a recall, and accommodated my timeline. Will definitely return should I need future repairs.
Very good at helping seniors find the right Apple solution for their needs. While their products may not be the least expensive, Apple has a great reputation for having the shortest learning-curve, which is important here. It made the transition into the digital world (for the first time for my 90-year-old aunt) far less intimidating. Rob Cook was extremely helpful and encouraging. Took my phone in get the battery replaced, and was very satisfied. That Cook guy, Rob I think, took my phone and replaced the battery in 30 minutes. He then told me that I dressed nice and gave me a water bottle for my drive home. I would drive hours just to have Rob replace my phone battery again. Thanks Rob!

Staff here is really friendly and can help you with all types of apple product issues. Got my computer fixed here a month ago and it still works great. They were super accommodating and speedy. Would recommend. They also tend to have a better selection of accessories for apple products than other chain stores do.
