I came here a few times b/c I didn't know where to go for batteries for my cars. They really did work miracles. If they don't have your battery they will special order it or try to do something to help you out. Plus they provide amazing warranties. Great customer service. Guy was so kind to special fit a battery for me. He said to come back in 30 min and he'll have it up and running. Car been running great battery wise every since.
I brought a pair of batteries for my power chair in January. Things worked great for several month. Then my chair stared to stall. The charge indicator on the chair went from fully charged to dead in a matter of minutes. I measured the voltage of the batteries with my multimeter. While the one battery showed a 90% charge the other was was less than 10V. This is beyond dead. I took it in and they tested. And said that it was good. Later when I checked the receipt I saw that they tested it as a starter battery, not a deep cycle battery that it is used for. I went back and told them that they had not properly tested the battery. At first they claimed that they did not even have the ability to do that test. Which that is the most basic test done on car batteries. When confronted by the receipt they admitted that they had ran the wrong test. Then as I stood there in increasing pain they proceeded to make calls trying to find out why the wrong test was ran. Nothing was said a out retesting the battery or replacing it. So I left. I took the battery to Interstate. They did a proper test which that it was down to 13% capacity, in other words bad. I made a complaint to the BBB which they have failed to respond to. And now the time they have to respond has been extended another 12 days.
They are very helpful in selecting the right battery. And they have a good selection in stock. They even loaded them for me.
