I actually love this place. Prices are accurately accessed and customer service is top notch. Was needing help finding a certain product and when the gentleman helped me find that section he pointed out that the product with the most recent customer comments were actually for a lesser model.
I tried to exchange of JBL ear buds that I purchased 2 months ago. I spoke to a manager and they wouldn’t do the exchange. Didn’t have the transaction in the database. I find that hard to believe. Nevertheless, Best Buy will never get another penny from me. The service is an absolute joke. Support the local stores has always been my belief. This experience has changed my view of Best Buy. And this is the reason you’ve losing your customers to Amazon. Wake up and treat your customers right.
Best Buy's staff and service is top-notch. I went to the store this weekend (holiday season) to buy items in three different areas (gaming, home technology, and wireless speakers). I had three different staff members ask if I needed help. In two cases, they helped me identify the product that was best for what I wanted. They even did a price match on one item! Check-out was a breeze. I left thinking, "Why buy online when you can buy local!"
Spent 20 minutes with the phone ringing before someone answered and then NOT one person could tell me how much a remote car starter would cost. That's all I wanted to know! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there's none available and they can't tell me either. Won't ever do business with such an incompetent business again!
Ordered a 65" flat screen TV. Foolishly thought it would fit in the back of my hatchback. It did not. The employee, Cori, (and supervisor but I forgot her name, sorry!) was very helpful in setting up the TV for home delivery, of which I felt very bad for as I came in 30 minutes to closing and it was already almost 9pm!! But Cori's (and supervisor's) patience and helpfulness was most appreciated.
