Absolutely atrocious customer service. I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes whilst no one greeted me. I walked over to the counter where, I believe it was Josh, was standing. I startled him as he wasn’t even aware of my presence as he had been on his phone the whole time. Save your time and money and go to another store.
The staff was very helpful when I was in a bind. They spent time with me, helping to figure out what equipment was right for me. I find that they tend to be rather pricey, but the service is outstanding.
