My favorite music store in Lincoln. The owner Tim is a musician himself who cares about the Lincoln community. I always without hesitation buy my high end guitars from Dietze. I love the fact that from the salesman to the owner you know everything has been done to give the best customer service possible.
Shoutout to Matt the band instrument tech who was super helpful and fast. I had a small problem with my piccolo that I needed fixed today. I called and was in and out in 15 minutes. Dependable and friendly service!
I've been a customer of Dietze Music for almost 2 yrs. Their stock of guitars and amps is good especially considering the small market area served and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick and Jordan are excellent examples of that. The contacts that I've had with two of the guitar instructors and the repair/warranty section were also positive.
