Decided to give this place a chance to earn my business.. Ordered furniture on the 4th of October 2017. Said they'd call and schedule delivery.. THESE IDIOTS called me and told me my furniture was there more than a week ago and then tells me it hasn't shipped and said it'll be another week! I called today and spoke with the same DAMN IDIOT DUDE I was trying to be nice but after he put me on hold and then another lady answered and told me your stuff been here since last Tuesday! I said why didn't no one call me and tell me and set up a delivery date and time? The people that works at the office ARE A BUNCH OF F**KING IDIOTS.. NOW I REGRET GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO EARN MY BUSINESS!! Yes and I hope they f**king read my comment too cause so really don't care.. My furniture arrived in 2 weeks and why the F**K would you not call the customer and let then know and you tell customers "will call you and set up delivery when your items arrive" which is a bunch of Bullsh*t!!! Almost a f**king month to get your furniture delivered if more then retarded just like the people that work there.. They have 0 customer service skill as long as they get paid it's all that matter to them.. Worthless people!! I told my friends and neighbor what happened as well..
Paid off an item and the guy asked if we wanted anything else we said no. He said please because it helps with customer satisfaction if you rent something for 30 days. Again I said no so he asked if he could put us down for something for 30 days so it looks like they sold something. After that he seemed to be upset because he said "ok fine" then I left. Seems very sketchy to me. I won't be going back
