We traded in our Cougar for a new Reflection by new design with this company from 2000 miles away. This was a great experience the sales staff was informed it and responded to all emails and inquiries they gave us a great price on a trade in and the product we bought online site on scene was exactly what we asked for. Ron was our sales guy and Dale showed us around walked us through the trailer we bought they were very informative and responded to all of our questions and issues we found which were minor. We even moved in the night before and to our new fifth wheel before we had even gone through the payment process with the finance guy Tyson. We did have a warranty problem with the awning and Adam the son of the owner personally took pictures walked us through emailing all the information into the company to be able to get it fixed.
There was a very friendly group of people working at Leaches. I spoke with 2 different sales associates and didn't feel any pressure at all. I just went in to browse campers and ended up finding the perfect fit for me. The price was unbeatable compared to other RV dealerships in the Lincoln Omaha area that I just visited. They have an onsight parts counter where I was able to get some extra accessories for my new RV. Also they have an onsight dump station and water fill up that you can use whenever you want to. I ended up leaving with an RV full of propane and water in less than 2 hours!
