Jesse was wonderful. Very kind, let me take the van for an extended test drive to see my mechanic and show to my husband. When I told him we weren't going to buy the car he didn't try to convince me. I will be back!
Every part I request is ordered and I've went over the Boss man shoulder to actually purchased Parts that is required for safety and in any of those occasions he praised me,even though he paid for those Parts.
I had nothing but a pleasant experience! My fiance and I went in expecting to just look and get some ideas and ended up walking out with a truck we never thought would be possible. Ty the sales rep that helped us was not pushy at all and was nothing but helpful and walked us through the entire process. I can't be thankful enough. Him and Alison were so nice and even stayed late to get everything set up for us. Won't be going anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Definitely recommend to everyone. They certainly went above and beyond great customer service.
They prefect all the cars that came thru our repair facility to the safety and reliability standard.
If any Customer bring vehicles with complains that arises after purchase he the owner still take it up for fixes,even tho the vehicle was sold as it is.
I've actually worked with many used car dealerships in the past as an auto-mechanic and 've been with this outfit now for 2 yrs.
Not a place to go. Unless you want flat tires on most of their vehicles
I purchased my car from here just over a month ago. Jesse Able was fantastic! Very patient, considerate, and looked out for my family & my best interest. Definitely can't say the same about the receptionist Allison & Gino. I came in with my 3 children and I quote by her "what are we now a daycare"? The other salesman Gino was very rude, he basically talked down on whoever he was talking to and used foul language the whole time as well as constantly being on his phone for the period of time we were there.
Now Sales reps are out on any pre-owned car lots for their commissions and if you not satisfied by your experience with one of em, you can simply walk into the office and talk to the wonder woman Alison, I promise you will leave with a happy smile ..she has the authority to make it right for any Customer and hasn't failed anyone.
