I had been to another Chevrolet dealership in Lincoln to get my oil changed and the guy made me feel stupid for asking simple questions. At DeTeau they made me feel welcome and were very nice. So glad to find a dealership closer than where I had bought my car.
I dread car shopping as a woman...riding in the car with the salesman, the impossible task of negotiation and OH, the drawn out process of sealing the deal. However, I recently worked with Jeff Kirk and hands down it was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. He was kind, to the point and went the extra mile to help me get into my vehicle. I was extremely impressed when it came to working with Steve in the finance department...so fast! Everyone treated me with respect. We had another 5 star experience with Jason as he is always willing to take the time to meet with us and find exactly what we are looking for within our budget. We were equally impressed with Ron as this was our first time working with him. I appreciated him taking the time to set up the features that were important to me before we even drove off the lot. I have been back in to see Ron for an additional service and he has been great to work with!
