We went to Honda of Lincoln because we knew of the integrity of the general manager Eric Olsen. The sales person we dealt with was Russ Meyer. He was amazing. It is difficult to put into words how comfortable he made my husband and I feel about purchasing a vehicle there. He never at any time pressured us to make to decision but was very willing to work with us. After the purchase of the car we dealt with people in other department and found each to be very professional. I am pretty sure I will never go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle and will highly recommend Honda of Lincoln to my friends.
Since it was getting colder, I thought I’d try the heater on my CR-V. I noticed that the heat coming from the dash vents was not hot like it was from the passenger side. I took it in to have them check it out. They thought it needed the heater core flushed. They told me that even though I have the extended warranty, it might not cover the cost. I wanted the heater working properly, so I said go ahead anyway. When they called to let me know it was ready they said there was no charge because I had just purchased the vehicle about 5 weeks earlier. They not only fixed the heating issue, they graciously covered the cost. I was very impressed. Great experience!

Our first visit to Honda of Lincoln will not be our last. Our salesman, Russ Meyer, made our experience more enjoyable than I could have hoped for. We had planned to spend the day going to various dealerships, but this was our only stop. Russ was so friendly, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. He seems genuinely interested in making sure his clients leave knowing they were respected and listened to – bonus for us is that we also left with a vehicle we're sure to love. My car broke down, I took it in on a holiday weekend, I had a trip I needed to make the day after the holiday, so they let me borrow a brand new car for my trip! What other dealership would do that?! Wow. I didn't even have to ask, they just offered. I have always taken my Honda's there for general maintenance and service, and they are great anyway. This situation takes them to the next level.
