Big Al Gill was my salesperson. He was competent and fair in his dealings with me. We got a great deal on a 2009 Ranger. After taking possession, we noted the air conditioning and a break light were not working. He got us an appointment with their service center and all was repaired without charge. I bought my Taurus SHO from Dillon's auto about a year ago. I definitely decided to go with their extended warranty. A week ago, my water pump decided to fail and ruined my engine in the process. Dillon's told me to bring my car in and they immediately called my warranty in and got a new engine ordered for me. They've been absolutely amazing during this whole process.
