I was approached by at least half a dozen workers in the 30 minutes I was in the store. I spent half my time fighting off sales pitches. While I personally have no problem telling people off, be prepared to bring your sword and shield if you want to shop unhindered by staff.
Great place to find Western and work wear. Friendly and helpful staff and great selection from a variety of brands.
They have a lot of cowboy stuff. Great place if you're shopping for a cowboy.. or cowgirl.
The store itself is great. Boundless opportunities for whatever country things you need. While it is a little expensive, that's what you get from going to a store like this.
Nice to visit The Fort I don't shop here too often but when I do I always find what I need great fit great value.
All clerks on the sales floor we're very courteous and friendly and very helpful. Cashier's however we're very disinterested in helping me. East side cashier told me to go to the other end of the store because I needed two gift cards and she only had one left. Two other cashier's were there and I was the only customer on that side of the store. One of them should have gone and got more gift cards instead of telling the customer to do it. Then the cashier on the other side yelled at someone to take gift cards to the other side because they were out. She was not very pleasant and I had to ask for envelopes and a bag. Cashier's need more training in customer service.
My only issue and it is a big one is that the staff were on my case the entire time. They wouldn't leave me alone after several occurrences of me telling them I'm fine.
