This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. I stopped by last night and the store was empty. I didn’t see any employees and I might have been the only customer. I figured I would just have find the bridesmaids dress that my bride picked out on my own. I helped myself to a fitting room and later saw a worker who just walked right past me without a greeting or just to check up on me. About 10 minutes later I try on another dress but needed help. I shouldn’t have to lap the whole entire store just to find help with zipping up a dress. I was so fed up, I ended up ordering my dress online. Such a complete waste of my time to even stop in this store. I’m really unimpressed. David's Bridal customer service is absolutely horrible.
I have had a wonderful experience going through this David Bridal! I started in Omaha and had a horrible experience almost ready to give up on DB, but decided to give Lincoln a chance. Went in and was greeted by Hayli. She had such a sweet personality and went up and beyond helping me feel comfortable finding a dress for my bridesmaids and pulled so many dresses for me. I never once felt like I was forgotten about like I did in Omaha. She was so encouraging to my bridesmaids and helped me match colors, and then coming back in several months later, I walked through the door and she smiled and goes “Hi! You’re back!” I was so pleased with the simple fact that she remembered us, and helped us with the same level of professionalism that she did the first time! So pleased with her and this location! I will for sure be going back for help from her! She was simply wonderful!
Disgusting bathrooms, disgusting staff. If no stars was an option, that's what I would choose. We went to pick out bridesmaid dresses. We were NOT greeted at the door, when we told them we did not have an appointment, we were told we could not try on dresses or even remove them from the rack without an appointment. This is unfortunate because we were willing to spend a lot! What kind of store does not allow you to look at or try on a dress? We will NEVER shop at David's Bridal! And I suggest you guys clean the dead bugs out of the bathrooms. Terrible experience.
Courtney Bernal was awesome! My daughter and I had given up finding the right dress for her school band concert when Courtney said "what about this dress?" It was perfect! We are so happy with Courtney's service and her tenacity to keep looking through the racks of dresses until we found the right one. Thanks Courtney!
I had a wonderful experience with Courtney and Cathy! I ended up getting a beautiful dress and shoes for a Winter formal. They both helped me choose something flattering and spectacular. They were so kind! Courtney pulled several choices for me based on the criteria I gave her and Cathy was able to help me with alterations concerns and questions. The dress I chose was one I had been eyeing on the website and ended up being one that wasn't originally in stock but instead had armholes that were altered too small for the original purchaser, so she wasn't able to purchase it. I do feel bad for that lady but I hope she gets some amazing karma her way since the dress ended up being a great fit for me instead. I'm going to look great for my event and I have Courtney and Cathy to thank for their help and opinions!
