The shoes came and we got them in the same size as we normally would in the brand but it was too small and ended up going 1 full size up. Again they did not carry them in store.
So we ordered again, but when I got my email confirmation, there was a price drop.
Stay away from Finish Line if you can. Buy directly from the brands. I would've except the dance studio wanted this shoe and no where else had it

Was in this finish line at the mall two times today 10/27/17 at 4pm and earlier, was not greeted by any of the 4 people working two of the kids was playing on there cell phones and the other two just kept walking past me and my girlfiend as they had an unprofessional conversation and we didn't get help at all. Will not shop here because of them.
I purchased a pair of shoes for dance and finish line was the only place to carry them. It was unfortunate though because they did not have them in store to try on and had a "women's version" available but the sizing was completely off as well as the price was higher.
Barrett saved the day for us, I was shopping with my 12 year old daughter and she was getting discouraged, we were almost going to call it a day and leave, when Barrett came over to help us by grabbing some shoes for her to try on that she didn't choose, just some great style options, and she loved them so much we happily bought them, all thanks to Barrett! I highly recommend shopping at this store, and go see Barrett, he didn't try to push us into the most expensive shoe thay had, he just offered helpful advice!
I contacted the store and customer service line and they said it should be returned to my card...
Fast forward to another 10 days and there is no return. I called the customer line and they said no price adjustments after 10 days. (It was 11 days between buying the shoes and exchanging them) and I called the Lincoln NE store and spoke with manager Nathan (who at this point wasn't really helpful since the beginning. Told us that the shoes run big and they ended up running small). I asked him what could be done and he said they go off the original price. I asked why we weren't alerted of the price drop. He responded "we have over 1000s of shoes and I don't follow the prices that closely". I told him he ordered it for us both times we came in. He was very unhelpful. The first experience ordering these shoes wasn't a walk in the park either. He tried to sell the women's pair knowing we wanted the men's and there was over a 60 price difference.
Decent store with decent selection but I don't know if it's a better experience than buying online.
Great shoes, always the latest shoes! Way better than buying online (it's better to try things on before you purchase them)! The nicest and coolest employees. Way better shoe selection than Dsw, shoe Dept., kohls, and any other shoe retailer!
