My wife and I recently bought some shoes from this place and the staff is very friendly. We needed to do an exchange and they were very helpful. The prices are high but that is coming from a guy who mainly shops at department stores. (One hoodie was on clearance for $60, I could buy 3 hoodies at that price where I normally shop) If you've got the cash, you'll like this place. Only giving it 3 stars because I can't afford most of their merchandise.

Prices could be better, but when they have sales there are usually deals to be had. friendly staff.
My daughter attends University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Each time we visit I make sure I stop by the store for any new shoes, etc. The customer service is excellent!
