We were showing people around lincoln and thought this would be a great local place. No. They made 1 girl take care of our whole group. Took 2 hours at lunch! They were out of boneless wings. The bone in wings were not good. They used to have big flavorful wings. These were small over cooked and greasy. I had mild grilled wings. I couldn't see or taste any sauce. I shared a a small order with someone and it was $17! Too much for measly chicken wings. No good. So disappointed. Not sure anyone had a meal they would return for. So disappointed.
A group of us came in at 11:00 a.m. On a Thursday. The place smelled of bleach and a staff member had just puked in the bathroom. We were not greeted by waitress and we were not asked if we wanted drinks. 5 of 10 orders were incorrect. Being the first two tables there, we waited 40 minutes for our food and I was served a hamburger with no side being told I would get my side before I ate my burger. There were no apologies. Manager at one location hung up on me when I called and the other one still can refund my money one week after coming in to talk to her. Owners are in Arizona for the winter and clearly do not care. Do not eat here! Food isn't the greatest, long wait and horrible service! Plenty of other places in lincoln that will have good food and will treat you right!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Made a attempt to call in a CARRY OUT order. I was unsuccessful. We were told the freezer was broken and due to that they were not accepting carry out orders? what does a freezer have to do with carrying out a order? I decided to call back and ask them that very same question. I was able to get him to take my order, however, I only wanted 1lb. of wings. guess what? they don't serve 1lb. of wings anymore (even though they are on the menu) so I ordered 2lb. of wings for just myself. that ended up being very expensive for one meal...I decided to not show up for the wings. If you don't want the business, I will go elsewhere.
Waitress was very nice and our group of 20+ got a table right away! Should have been our first clue.
Went on a Friday night. Got good service. Wings were decent but not amazing. Like the large sides of carrots and celery that came with them. Tater tots and chili fries were really good.
I called to place a to go order and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before my order was taken. I assumed they forgot that I was holding. I took a screen shot of the time when the call ended because I don’t think anyone would believe I was holding for 10 minutes! When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only 5 people in the place, so they couldn’t even say they were busy. Disappointed for sure.
