They would not at least give a half refund.
Lousy buffet. No forks for the simple salad. Am I supposed to eat salad with my hands?
Some games are not in proper working condition. They switched from coins to cards. Which kids don't really understand they just keep swiping and if they swipe on a game that's out of order you're just out of luck. They did replace my sons stolen card which was awesome. The salad bar was nice and food was good. The employees are just young kids half of them don't even know what they're doing lol. But overall fun experience for the kiddos.
I will not be going back ! The music they played constantly was so loud it was impossible to even carry on a conversation. It was absolutely ridiculous and made for a very unpleasant environment . I most certainly will find other things to do with my grandchildren !
Great for little ones birthday parties. My 2 year old daughter is still talking about it months later. Staff was very kind. I think if you have a positive attitude you will have a great time. Pizza and salad bar were pretty good.
Made my sons birthday great. Lots of tokens for all the kids at the party. Great time he really enjoyed himself. It was nice that they offered Gluten Free pizza. They went above and beyond to make sure all the kids had a fun time.
