So love this place. It's good food and friendly people. And great service.
Upon being seated at my table and by our server I noticed my arms sticking to the table. So I asked if I could have a rag or something to wipe it down. The hostess came over and stated "it might be just the texture of table". Proceeds to very quickly wipe the area I spoke of and the asked my girlfriend if her side was sticky as to prove her point. My girlfriend said no. Hostess just walked away. I think I know when a table is sticky or not. Please don't insult my intelligence with it's the texture of the table. Anyway, the waitress was fantastic and food was delicious! If it wasn't for that I would have asked for the manager last night.
They were busy, I'm sure due to the solar eclipse event. Yes, they were probably slower than normal but that was to be expected. The food was good. My daughter had an issue with her burger not being done like she likes it. They made her a new one and packed it to go. They also gave us a free shake. They comped the burger. They were really nice about it. I would recommend this Applebee's.
The food here is always good, the staff is kind and helpful, the drinks are cold. The triple chocolate meltdown is amazing. The only thing better would be if they brought back RockStar Karaoke on Thursday nights!
Tonight I came hungry and tired. My experience started with being served salad on a dirty chipped plate. I sent it back only to get same chipped plate returned just wiped off..not completely mind you. The manager tried to assure me she made me a brand new salad herself. I wonder if all the plates must have been chipped and covered in chocolate sauce.I ordered a bourbon steak and the waitress brought me chicken. She blamed the kitchen.The manager came out and blamed the waitress who was aparantly new. Either way my table finished eating and they tried to bring me a steak to take home after everyone was done. I didnt take it. I wont be back to this location.
