I'm not sure what happened.. But my order got messed up. Employees were super nice and fixed the problem promtly. Would recommend (:
Decent food. Poor service. Incorrect orders. They usually forget napkins, catsup, straws. Usually remind them to bring these things..... They always don't. I have to make at least one trip into the building.
We've patronized Sonic for many years as it was a place that all three of my girls could agree they all had food they liked. My wife and I also order food for ourselves as well. Wide product selection, great taste, and I think a good value, price-wise. Sometimes an item may be missed when the order is delivered now and then, but the employees were always quick to correct and very polite. I feel they are well managed.
Really people,, if you want your food made wrong go ahead and go there. I had a cheeseburger there tonight in the bun was so goddamn hard I could have sued them for dental work. Last time I had a shake there I had diarrhea the time before that they screwed my order up so bad I threw it away. Worst place for ice cream worst place for customer service. After the store closes I watch the older people go across the street and buy liquor for the younger employees that work there and they sit in the parking lot and smoke blunts. The only thing they haven't messed up is my hot dogs but then again how hard is it to mess up a hot dog.. oh wait that's right they've messed up my hot dog too.. great job Sonic..!
We went thru the drive thru and ordered two cheeseburgers with onion rings. When we got to the window to pay the young lady asked if we wanted our change, which I think is an inappropriate question. My husband said yes please, and may we have some ketchup for our onion rings. She handed us our sack and when we stopped to eat there was exactly one packet of ketchup.I'm guessing it's because we didn't let her keep the change. We will be stopping at a different Sonics next time. By the way, the food was very good.
