Food is pretty good not awesome but pretty good. My biggest issue is they are so stingy with sauce. Just give me butter or honey for my biscuit and sauce for my chicken. It's not a hard concept.
Nice hot fresh food every time shalee is the best manager that they have.
And other times, everything is great and you're happy to give them your money. It's maybe half and half between the two.
As others have mentioned, they have a high chance of getting your order wrong. This makes getting food through the drive-thru practically like a mini gambling adventure. Occasionally the Cajun fries are mushy. Sometimes the entire staff seems stoned. Other times it inexplicably takes 20 minutes to get a small order. Sometimes the place is filthy. Sometimes it's a mix/match of all these things.
Great place for a quick bite! Chicken is always been hot. And mashed potatoes and gravy are always good!
Came right at opening, 10:30. Waited in line for 10 minutes, and the person in front never got helped. I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone told me the drive through was closed. I asked if 10:30 was their opening time and she said yes but not today. I asked when they would open and she said she didn't know because they were short handed. I said, "I am in the drive-thru, do you have an estimate?" But before I had finished the sentence she said "I'm sorry for you but I can't help you." I clarified that I was just wondering if we should bother waiting or just leave, and she told me "You can wait if you want to." She refused to give me an estimate on the time. Meanwhile, people are coming up to the restaurant and trying to get in without success - she had posted no note or sign to let customers know that the store was closed. They left confused.
As you can tell from the other reviews, your mileage may vary. While the food is almost always good and slightly overpriced (pro tip, coupons from their website help a lot), everything else depends on your particular visit.
I understand things happen but I have cannot fathom why you wouldn't tell the line of customers that there was a problem, or why you wouldn't try to give a customer who calls from the drive-thru at least an estimated time when you will be open. I feel sorry for the employee who had to cover but that seemed unprofessional to me.
