The food is edible, but for something as cheap as pasta you get small portions for a higher than average price. My pad Thai had burned eggs in it which was a first. everyone i know remembers noodles and company as being great, but the ones who have gone back recently say it has really gone down hill. my first experience was one of the worst I've ever had at a restaurant, and my second was below average.
