Staff was polite and food was good. We only had pancakes but they were yummy.
Very disappointed.
Went in today and had a horrible experience. They recently remodeled so the restaurant looks nice.
These guys ripped me off good on Christmas Day. My $10.99 meal end up costing $18, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I also didn't even get my stuffed French toast to go. Let me elaborate: there is no double cheeseburger on the menu. They have what they call a "mega monster burger". I felt silly saying that, so I asked for a double cheeseburger thinking it was the same thing. To my surprise, they charged me $18 for the burger and fries. When I explained the aforementioned to the girl, she basically shrugged and walked away. I also said that since my meal was so much more than I was expecting, to cancel the stuffed French toast I had ordered to go. She did exactly that, instead of making it right. To top it all off, the cashier, who was also our waiter, shortchanged me by $0.23 when cashing out.

Terrible service, didn't once ask how we were or refilled our waters. She also could not make a chocolate milk to save her life, it was pure syrup, so we settled for a water. Basically avoided us at all cost. Food was bland. I ordered a chicken fajita omelette. Our waiter brought it out, no onions, no red peppers, cheese was dried up, and no pepper on the side like advertised. A couple minutes later she brought out my salsa and sour cream in to-go containers for me to top off my oh so great omelette. I didn't even want to finish my new York cheesecake pancakes because they were so dry. Never coming back here.
All new staff. Kinda rude and not knowledgeable on the food. The food wasn't prepared correctly and it tasted chemically.
It suck. I order the sirloin tips and eggs. When I tasted the sirloin it was sweet and tough. I told the waitress when she asked "how is every thing?" Like she really cared. She states yea they are sweet. Its teriyaki sauce they use. Then goes on to tell me she was not aware of this either, and she did not care for them when she tried them. Okay are you going to offer to replace them no she did not. So do you really care how the food was. I wasted 13.99. Never again. Oh and how come ice water does not come as a given on the table. No water wow.
Food was great service not so much. Long gaps between checking drinks, never came to check how it was. When I went to pay had to wait for someone to be able to run the register. Waitress dropped someone's plate, she cleans up the glass but not all the food. The staff looks to be having a great night though laughing it up.
