It's in the food court of the mall so theres not a lot they can do regarding the atmosphere but the area is very nice since they updated it. They offer a nice variety of sandwiches on their menu and even include a vegetarian option. I ordered the deluxe philly steak. I was surprised that it was very good and was on par with the better philly's available in this town. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend giving it a try.
The food was great the staff was awesome a friend of mine had a gift card for westfield shopping center some of the food places won't take it but charley's was very nice about it! I will definitely return.
1 person could speak english... after repeating myself 5 times stating i didnt want anything added to my philly they proceeded to add everything.. not only was the world's best philly worse than the states best philly. It was also $20 for 2 cheese steaks, a fry, and drink. If I wanted to spend that much for nothing I would go to Noodles & Co.
