We had an amazing experience at Sartor Hamann! The service is excellent and it is obvious they are committed to their customers. Michelle was great to work with; she was helpful and made it easy to reach her with our crazy schedules. Their selection of jewelry is beautiful and we would highly recommend Sartor Hamann.
Today was not my first visit to this store. On each and every occasion, I have been treated with the upmost respect. Today was a special occasion (anniversary) and I needed a special gift for my wife. I had something specific in mind but it was not available. Rather than leaving empty handed, I was shown multiple options. I selected something that caught my eye and happily walked out with a beautifully wrapped gift. Most importantly, my wife loved it.

Last year my now husband and I purchased our wedding bands here. The staff was very nice and exceedingly eager to help us. Even though we bought the two cheapest rings in the store the staff went above and beyond making sure we had the perfect experience. They custom ground the edges of my ring to make it exactly how I wanted and resized it, all for free. I couldn’t help but think of breakfast at Tiffany’s and the Cracker Jack ring ☺️. Sartor Hamann always gives such a warm welcome. I never feel like I’m being rushed, and they always listen to everything I say, and do their very best to get every last detail the way you want it, and promise to change anything that might not have come out the way you were thinking it would. I’m sure all of the employees are super sweet, but Jamie was the one that helped me with a project that meant a lot to me, and it came out better than I ever even dreamed. She helped transform my father’s wedding ring (who passed away almost 2 years ago) into a beautiful bar necklace that I can cherish and wear right next to my heart for the rest of my life. She made it possible for me to have his exact handwriting, from the last letter he wrote me, engraved on the side that lays on my skin. I don’t wear much jewelry, but if I ever need anything else jewelry related, Sartor Hamann is where I’ll go.
