Took in my grandmother's ring to be properly sized as I had taken it to a different jewelry store prior for sizing and it came back a mess. Akala took one look at it and said they could fix it quickly and properly. I left my very special item with them on a Saturday afternoon and they phoned me Tuesday morning to tell me it was all fixed up and ready for pick up. Marty worked with me to create a new ring from my existing wedding ring and my husbands wedding rings, both of which were in need of repair. The ring I have now is absolutely everything I dreamed of.
