I love Elder Jewelry!!! I was recently looking for a new band and I had to went to another jewelry store in Lincoln and they were very mean to me because my ring isn't soldered together and I got a lecture that I was going to ruin my ring.
I went to Elder Jewelry to continue my search for a band for my ring and the customer service was excellent. They cleaned my ring for free while I shopped for bands. Instead of finding a band, I found an amazing deal on a brand new ring. They offer both financing and/or layaway. Every time I go make payments on my ring, every one is SO friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Elder Jewelry.
Elder Jewelry is awesome! I heard about them from my coworkers when I used to work for the Health Dept next to their store in Lincoln. So many of us, including myself, got our engagement rings from the Elder because you just can't beat the price & quality of the items at Elder. They even re-made a necklace I owned with a diamond from an old pair of earrings. They truly are the best & I refer them all the time!
I was really struck by the service I received here. I was only in town for a day and took in a ring that needed a minor repair. The folks at Elder told me how to repair the ring myself just to give me that option. I was happy to pay to have it fixed, but told them I would need to pick it up the following day at the latest. They got it fixed the same day for me! If you have jewelry you need repaired or cleaned, this is your place.
