I really enjoyed my experience starting off. I bought a great diamond and then wedding bands. I was assured that I would have 3 years to pay off both sets of rings if I made a minimum payment. I come to find out (in small print) that the wedding bands that I purchased only had no interest for 1 year and that I had to make up the difference of $800 in a matter of a week. Thanks a lot Rodgers. Will NEVER shop there again and I strongly urge anyone considering Rodgers, DO NOT!!
While this store had pretty jewelry and decent prices, we were very turned off by a sales woman named Betty. She was very pushy, very persistent about us purchasing a ring TODAY, and I realize we could have walked away but it felt like she wouldn't let us leave. We were not looking to buy a ring today and I made that clear, however they kept pushing for us to fill out a credit app multiple times after saying "no" the first time and again that we were just looking. We did find a ring we loved, however likely will not purchase due to the "service" we received. Very sales driven employees, and it does not make a ring buying experience enjoyable. We left feeling buyers remorse and we didn't even buy anything! I will give 2 stars for the sales they had going on and that we found the ring we loved, but buying a ring is a complete process where service needs to be outstanding and it just wasn't there. Don't look unless here you want to deal with a used car salesman approach to selling jewelry.
Bought my fiance's ring here. Salespeople we're very helpful and not pushy at all. Misty helped with the initial consult, and then another person actually sold me the ring. I wanted to use their financing, but wasn't approved for enough, so they called the bank and got it through. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
My girlfriend still wanted a pearl and she liked the ones in Rogers so we went back and she found one that she liked in my price range but with a few modifications for instance a black pearl with white gold band instead of a white pear with yellow gold. The sales lady said these changes would not be a problem but would probably take a little more time but not much. She said that it would take around 6 weeks and I was fine with that. 6 weeks went by and not one call about the status of the ring. I had to call to see how the ring was coming and they said it would be done the following week on a Saturday. This means it would have taken 7 weeks and I was somewhat ok with that. I waited till the Monday after and still they didn't call me once to say if the ring was done or if it was delayed. Once again I called them to see the status of the ring and they had no idea and the sales lady told me she would check with their corporate office to see where the ring was and give me a call right back... four days later.... still no call.
This store has the worst customer service ever! I went into the store the first time looking for a pearl ring and the one my girlfriend liked out was too expensive for me. The sales lady then proceeded to tell me that she could find a similar ring for less and I told her that would be great. She told me she would give me a call the following Monday when she found the ring she was looking for... that call never came.
Went in with my friend, we were both looking at engagement rings. I pointed at a ring I liked and then the lady told my friend that that’s the kind of ring poor people wear. It was a halo ring with a diamond in the middle. It was small but I liked it. But it doesn’t matter, either way she shouldn’t talk like that to customers!!
