Matt did my first non-lobe piercing when I was 16 or 17 and did an amazing job. He not only made me, but also my mom who at the time had to sign a waver for me, feel good about getting pierced. It healed beautifully and I've never had an issue with it. Tonight I went and got my forward helix pierced and again Matt was wonderful. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and which makes everything so easy going and comfortable. Not only that but he wants YOU to feel like you know everything too, so he does an excellent job of explaining what he's doing, how to take care of it, why things are the way they are, etc. I will continue to recommend and go to Onyx myself for all my piercing needs!
Mark was great! I would highly recommend this place. He talked threw everything step by step and made sure you knew what was going on. I love their jewellery. And their sterilization process is great. I felt very safe and confident about having him do my piercing.
