Don’t be fooled. At first we had a wonderful experience with a salesman who is now no longer employed there. The minute we started having issues with the setting we selected, the first just a few months after purchase. The second, a few years after purchase we thought we would he genuine customer care for the life of the ring. We moved to Minnesota, and then down to Missouri always trying to get back to Nebraska to have their routine care for the ring. Once yet another stone fell out, manager Lindsey very condescendingly spoke to me on the phone. I bet several individuals give great reviews right out of the gate, and I would have to, but don’t be fooled. Incredibly disappointed in the service I was provided, and the quality of my ring. Do. Not. Spend your hard earned money here.
You won’t find a more knowledgeable jewelry staff and the treasure you leave with will be exactly what you were looking for. We have always been 100% pleased.
