I wish the associates would leave me alone, especially after I've told them several times I don't need assistance. When I walked in, a guy asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him 'no.' Another associate said 'he's a guy who likes to get lost.' They followed me around the store, asking probing questions and offering unsolicited advice.
Decent place for an Ace. I have only been there twice, but never asked if I need assistance. Like all other Ace hardware prices are high, but store is clean with wide isle. I have never seen this place packed, making it great for those who don't like crowds
You will pay a little more than at the bigger retailers, and they don't have as wide of a selection of items, but at this location their customer service can't be beat. And being close by saves my time. Sometimes you don't need their help, but there are a few older gentlemen there who are very interested in helping you solve your problem rather than simply directing you to the product you are searching for. When they show you the perfect product you didn't even know you wanted, that is the helpful assistance I haven't found anywhere else.
Best customer service by far. They go above and beyond when a customer needs help. I love this store the location is less than a mile from home. QP Ace is our go to hardware store when we need supplies.
