I needed a tote, and what I thought was the last 18gal black for $3.99 was kind of beat up, so I wanted a better one, here comes Anthony to my rescue, we searched all over the world of Menards and finally found a nice tote. I love Menards their items are easy to find. Only drawback is it can be hard to find an associate, whether to ask questions, or where something is. I find that there are a few employees that are really knowledgeable in certain areas. Cashers always seem to have a smile on their face.
Menards... Menards... Menards... How can a home supply store, have EVERYTHING I never knew I wanted, or the best prices on randomly cool things that make for righteous gifts.... REBATES!!! EASY!!! So, stop in and spend a few just checking out the cool sales and items they have! The employees are always inviting and knowledge, which is why I'll be back... Always
For quality lumber go elsewhere. I'm a die hard Menards shopper, but it's a love hate relationship sometimes.
Easier to find an associate than other box stores. Would get a 3 for worker quality. Some are amazing. Others not so. Great ad for weekly deals. They've gotten lazy and been substituting for their 11% promo more and more often, though.
We came in right before closing time to pick up last second Christmas lights we did not have enough of. We could not find them at first and had to ask the associate Ken. He was extremely helpful with us and our questions and not once pressured or hurried us becuase it was near closing time. A+ Customer service and I highly recommend this location because of it!
