We have had great experiences at this store. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable, too! Victoria just helped us find gutter heaters. Told us exactly where to find them. She is amazing. Even knew exactly what we were talking about!
I was in line with two other guys that showed Madaline their ID with veterans status. She didn't bother to key the discount, I made it a point to point it out to her on my turn. She stated that the computer was supposed to do it automatically.
Came in at 5:30 on a Monday evening. Plenty of quality products, great selection & prices. The bad? No employees anywhere...you know it's bad when customers are asking each other where things were. Only 2 people working the cash registers, I waited in line with 20 other people & it took 25min before I paid & left. Sorry but I won't be back, I'll take my business to Menards.
Last night, we had wonderful customer service from the checkout guy, who has only been there about a month, as well as another young, tall football player looking guy, who helped us find galvanized piping.
Unfortunately, it takes an act of congress to get most cashiers to honor it.
The staff always seem knowledgeable or will direct you to the person that can help. I came to look at weedeaters and ended up leaving with a great option. I liked that they had everything I needed for my weedeater. They had the extra line, gas can, and oil to add with the gas. Made the whole trip worth it since I could stop at one place.

Yesterday me and my husband had very good experience at Lowe’s . We found fireplace, but they don’t have any like this on the display, so we asked them to open original box to show the color and material. The huge box was siting on the shelf. They open the box for me, and explain everything. I was happy!!!
It's a big box store. I usually only stop here because they offer a veterans 10% discount.
