The people here are so friendly and fun! I would rather shop here rather than cheaper big-box hardware stores. The customer service is totally worth it.
Great customer service, agree with other post this style of hardware store the CSR's don't hide from you like in the big box scenario and you don't have to walk three miles to buy everything on your list. I will also mention they returned an incorrect product that I bought and subsequently damage during installation. I didn't ask them to do this they were willing to help in an effort to build rapport. This in my opinion goes a long way with customer loyalty. Thanks!
When all other places in Lincoln were completely out of ice melt, this place had plenty in stock! The real best thing though is how you're treated! Very nice and helpful employees! I will definitely make it a point to go back to this store for hardware items.
I left Ace Hardware on South 27th Street and normal Boulevard and they could not help me I went to this true value and they busted their backs helping me what a great place and for who else is out there handicap they have a handicap parking with ramp right at the door did I say what a great place
Its so great to have a hardware store in the Neighbor hood. The people There are so helpful as well, they really go the extra mile. Way better than Ace down the Street.
