Great place. I have a toddler and they have a small play area in waiting room, and it was not a problem for him to come to my appointment with me. Staff is VERY friendly. My doctor is very smart and comforting. Answered all my questions. I only wish I had been here for my whole pregnancy. Clean and professional, great place!
Dr. Neri is the best! I had some tests done and she called me personally with the results. She always takes time to have a conversation with me and I can tell that she honestly cares about me and all of her patients. Amazing doctor and great clinic.
This is a fine clinic if you don't mind waiting past your appointment time at every visit. I've had three appointments here for three years in a row, and each time they kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Shivering in nothing but a sheet and a cold examination room. No apologies and no changes. At my last visit a couple of days ago I finally had enough. After 30 minutes I got dressed and left. No apology, no phone call, nothing. It's sad when I get treated better when I buy tires for my car or shop at Target! I won't be back.
Update: went there today. Got Rock star parking spot and double strollered my way in there, all over that place. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. Got ro read an gripping magizine article while i had a short wait, didnt do anything i did not need done. Dr. NERI is still the Best and just has the BEST bedside manner, just a nice lady.
