I love this office and the staff. I have been going to this clinic for 8-9 years. When my wife at the time was pregnant with our daughter, this office was recommended and we couldn't have been happier. Dr. Vandenhul is an amazing doctor who doesn't just write prescriptions to keep people happy. She goes deeper than the symptoms. Our daughter was born at St. E's. and our doctor would go out of her way and make several trips throughout the entire experience to check on my wife and the baby and was there for her birth when she could have just had the nurses give her a call when she was getting close. I continue to take myself and my daughter to this clinic because of the experience they provide. Too many times people want to bash on doctors or the medical field when in reality this office does it right. If you are looking for a hand out or free drugs go somewhere else. I get prescriptions are expensive but that's not the doctors fault. Get over it! complain to your insurance provider our the pharmaceutical companies. Most Lincoln offices have a terrible wait or it takes a day or two to get in for a last minute appointment, this office always seem to be available for those last minute needs. All around I couldn't be happier with this clinic and will continue to go as long as Dr. Vandenhul is around!!!
So glad Dr. Wilson is closer to me than his previous local. Have been seeing him as my personal physician for 13+years and he is my son's doctor since he was born! Fantastic new office. Everyone is very friendly and wait times are much faster than before! Definitely recommend this office for individuals and families alike!
Excellent clinic staff, exceptional care. My daughter began seeing Dr. Heckman and I was so impressed with her ability to connect with my daughter and offer innovative solutions for my daughter's medical needs that I began seeing her myself. Her nurse is very friendly and efficient. It's such an upbeat, professional office with great care. I also recommend the PA's, they are knowledgable and skilled.
This is a horrible care place! While the doctors are nice the staff itself are a nightmare!!!!! Prescriptions are horrible to try to get refilled. Also there is a woman who works there that does not listen to patients needs. I wrote down insrtructions for what i needed for my sons school for absenses and dates. I even drove all the there to explain to this person what was needed so there would be NO MISUNDERSTANDING!!! She totally screwed it up! Sent only half of what i needed and when i called very uspset because all my effort was in vain she BLAMED ME!!!! She was extermely loud and rude. Kept interupting me at every turn. She actually scolded me and she is the one who did not do her job and was completely unproffesional!!! Don't waste your time or money on this place!!! The staff at Lincare is much friendlier and proffesional. They should hire there staff from there. They actually care about patients. AWESOME CONCEPT!
