Always had excellent care here.
This place was fine with me until I had surgery. They've completely disregarded the fact that I have an extremely low pain tolerance and won't let me ice my injuries, which I know would help reduce the pain. They also won't let me come in to see anyone for the pain, even though nothing is working. Basically, they're dismissing me and making it slound like I'm seeking drugs. I didn't even get an ounce of empathy. I refuse to do any further business with a place that is going to lump me in with drug seekers and who is going to ignore my pain like this.
They have a separate kids' corner with games and toys in the waiting room, and basically all-inclusive treatment options. I've had X-rays, allergy testing, and sinus surgery, and it was all done in the same office.
The staff is really knowledgeable and pretty friendly and were super willing to answer any questions, from billing to medical assistance.
The doctor is really nice and helpful.
