Was, yes past tense, seriously considering using LOC for a consultation of my arthritis. The receptionist for Dr. Bigelow was extremely rude to me. Treated me like I was a clueless individual. I am well i formed and have been in healthcare for 40 years. Made the decision that I am too old to put up with this kind of behavior as I will not let anyone treat me this badly. Thusly I am looking elsewhere for orthopaedic needs. I wish I could give a 0 rating, 1 star was the lowest I give. I will not be making arrangements for an appointment ever!
