I do an annual blood lab here and all of the nurses are excellent and make it as quick and painless as possible since I do not like needles. My family has been with Dr. Webb for a very long time.
I love Dr John Majerus but I recently was in the office and saw DR Blake one of the worst Dr I have ever met in my life. She pretty much was calling me a liar that I didn't know what medicine I was on! She was so rude and disrespectful and I will never see her again if Dr Majerus is busy
Dr. Carraher has been our family doctor for at least 25 years. He is thorough in his work, making sure that routine wellness as well as serious health issues receive appropriate attention. On many occasions, he has called us personally, including on Sundays, to check on our progress with an injury or illness (also following the birth of both our children). He follows through until he feels you are back to your expected wellness. He has been our family physician for 2 children, birth to adolescence (our oldest is 18). He knows their health histories and has again, called us directly, to be sure follow up measures are being taken to ensure their level of health is at its best. He is good at explaining the purpose and results of tests he feels are needed.
Dr. DeNell is awesome. I trust him with all of my family needs. He is the reason we stay with this group. The access to my physician is lacking, scheduling is hard and their phone system is terrible. I will continue to go there because we love Dr. DeNell and his nurses but hate the rest.
We've been patients for years. My husband and I feel like Dr. Webb should stop being a physician and teach other physicians how to be good doctors. But then he wouldn't be our doctor anymore so never mind that. He listens attentively to everything I have to say, he then offers all of the different options I have and very much invites me into the decision making process. We are definitely a team and I feel empowered to take charge of my health care. Lori, his nurse, is very professional and personable. They are a very busy clinic so I understand if the front office help may come across as no-nonsense. They have always been very respectful when anyone in my family has been there. We would never consider changing to another physician!
