I have been going to Lincoln Family Wellness for many, many years. Dr. Manning takes the time to listen to my concerns and is willing to refer me to a specialist when needed. She also is a pretty straight shooter which I really appreciate. When my Mother's physician basically gave up on her, I took her to Dr. Manning and she actually cried when we left the office. She felt like she had been heard and was cared about. I'm glad that Michelle is quite a bit younger than I am so that I never have to change Doctors again.
Rude office staff.. every time call put on hold and that old lady sir front desk is very rude.. I wouldn't go there
I love this office. The staff loves babies and I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Manning is awesome and I feel very comfortable talking with her. David Foster, one of the APRNs, is fantastic as well and very friendly. Billing is completed in a timely manner. Significantly better than other practices I have encountered in Lincoln.
VERY rude office staff/reception staff. They don't even TRY to be friendly to you and make you feel so uncomfortable being a patient there. Overall poor experience would not recommend...
Excellent physician and caring staff. I would recommend to family and friends.
