The nurses and Dr Jacobsen were very knowledgeable and thorough.

The office lost our medical records from less than a week before. It's very hard to get an appointment with your primary care physician! When I need to talk to a nurse I'm usually on hold for 40 minutes or so. Very poor service.

I went to Dr Jacobson with a bad ear infection and bleeding ear. She prescribed an antibiotic. The antibiotic didn't work, my ear continued to bleed and hurt. I called the dr office, told the nurse that I wanted to see a ent, didn't know if I needed a refural first, told her I didn't want to have to pay to see dr Jacobson again and an ENT. (Wanted to skip seeing Jacobson again) The nurse told me I needed a referral, so I would have to see Dr Jacobson again to go to ENT. I went back to Dr Jacobson, who told me to go to ENT. Went to ENT who told me the antibiotic given to me was not strong enough and that I had an infection not only in inner but outer as well. She prescribed 2 antibiotics. I received a bill from Lincoln Family Medical Group for 345.00. Which out of pocket was about 170.00 per visit. I called and talked to billing and management to see why apt is soooo expensive compared to a specialist apt being about 115.00. Also wondering why more expensive then urgent care visits etc. What I was told was they manage the whole care so they can bill more to insc etc. I ended up calling my insc to see where I can go for cheeper next time. Come to find out I didn't need the 2nd apt with Dr Jacobson and coulda gone to the ENT without a refural. I called management back. They saw nothing wrong with the nurse telling me I needed a refural when I actually didnt. So not only did dr not treat me because of the low dose of antibiotics, but I had to wait to see her again, then wait to see an ENT, then I get to pay 460$ for my ear infection in stead of 285$ for my ear infection. And the crappy thing is, they could care less. The management said what I pay was not her concern. Oh and I found out urgent care is cheaper, it's cheaper to go to a specialist, my pediatric dr is cheaper. I don't get it. The nurse should NEVER have told me the wrong information, but management didn't care about that either.

My daughter sees dr Frank land he is great

Worked here for 6 years and really loved my job. They changed management near the end of the year last year and since then things have gone downhill. The way they treat the staff is sad. In my opinion patients overall experiences are worsening since then, which makes me sad because there are some great providers here. I no longer work here and wouldnt recommend it.
