Dr. Heibel has been extremely helpful in my particular situation! I had a very difficult case and he never gave up on me! He was bound and determined to figure out the proper treatment and medication for me. He encouraged me and he followed up with me, plus he was very honest which I appreciate! He didn’t pull any punches, He knew exactly what my state of health was and I really felt like he cared about me and my health issues:I had had several doctors trying to figure out what medical procedures and medication I needed and it was recommended that I seek him out which I did! Dr. Heibel stuck with me and investigated options, and from those options we made a plan that has made the quality of my life so much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Heibel to anyone!
I recently took my son to Dr Mark Heibel's Dermatology clinic to get some warts looked at & removed. Dr Heibel's staff was very friendly & professional & his office seemed to be running very smoothly. When Gavin (my son) met with the doctor, I was very impressed with Dr Heibel's bedside manner as my son normally doesn't handle doctor visits very well. Dr Heibel was kind & very informative & helped Gavin to understand the process, so he was able to handle everything better than I expected. We did have to come back for an additional treatment as one of the warts was pretty big & deep, but that appointment went just as well as the first one & now Gavin is wart-free. Thank you Dr Heibel for making this a positive experience for my son & I will definitely recommend your services to anyone needing a Dermatologist.
