I've been going here since 1998 and have had wonderful experiences each time. They really take their time with you and make you feel like your concerns matter.
Mary Jane is amazing! I'm so glad that I followed her from her last location. I recommend her to anyone. She truly listens and cares, gives great advice. Thank you for being you, Mary Jane! Not to mention, the nurse that helped me today is hilarious and puts you at ease. They know their stuff and you know that right when you walk in. I'm so thankful I've found my place.
After arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment with all paper work filled out before hand, I was treated to a 40 minute wait in the waiting room. When I inquired about the hold-up I was then informed that the doctor was "running a little behind". They didn't really seem to care that their patients may have other committments and don't have all day to spend in their office waiting with no information. They tout themselves as a women's clinic but, if they were, they would consider that we are professionals, mothers, wives as well as patients. Very disappointing.
I love this place. They treat you well and Dr Fossen is amazing. I will never see another gyn as long as I live here.
Don't go there. I just moved to town. One of the first things I did was schedule an OB/GYN appointment because I was having issues. I told them it was urgent and that I was wiling to see any doctor. The first appointment they has was 6 weeks away. I took it. They called me a two weeks before the appointment to tell me that the doctor wanted to move my appointment to 5 weeks even later - so 11 weeks after I initially called telling them I had an urgent matter. I asked them if they had any suggestion and the person on the phone was essentially like we can't help you, we have not suggestions - take it or leave it. This practice does not care about women's health.
